Action Required to continue to access all our matches on your RugbyEurope account
We’re making a few changes to the way we communicate with you. Starting today, you’ll need to change your password to access Rugby Europe’s live streams and replays with a single account.
What do I need to do?
This is a one-off step, and it takes about a minute:
- Go to rugbyeurope.eu and enter the email address linked to your account.
- Click on the button below and add the associated email address for your account.
- Verify your account via an email confirmation.
- Follow the prompt to set a new password
- Sign in and carry on as usual.
Why do I need a new password?
The SSO system uses upgraded security and ensures we’re GDPR-compliant, so we can’t carry passwords over from our previous CRM database.
Change your cookie settings
Make sure you accept all the cookies on the CookieBot panel to ensure all videos play as expected, particularly ‘marketing’ as this can affect the video panel being shown if not selected. You should only need to do this once and it will be saved for future use.
Resetting emails
When you reset your password, please check your spam and junk folders, they can sometimes end up in there.
A note on security
Rugby Europe will never ask for your password by email, text or social media. If you receive a message asking you to share it, don’t respond, and please report it using the form below.
