The Croatian Rugby Union is looking for volunteers to support the organization of the Rugby Europe 7s Championship & Trophy tournaments taking place in Makarska, Croatia, in June 2025.
We are seeking motivated individuals for the following roles:
TEAM LIAISONS - 24 people per tournament
- Welcoming teams at the airport
- Accompanying them to training sessions,
- Communicating with team managers,
- always being available for their assigned team, supervising teams
SIDELINE PERSONEL + FLOW MANAGEMENT
- Sideline Manager must be either a current/former referee or a certified Match Commissioner
- Technical Zone Manager must be a current or former national referee
- Sub Controllers must be current national referees with perfect knowledge of WR Law 3
- Timekeepers should ideally be current or former national referees
- Manual Match Scorer can be a volunteer with rugby experience (i.e. a young referee, a young player) with sound rugby knowledge and desire to learn. He/Shewill be briefed by the RE ITOs and staff before the start of the tournament

- June 4 – 9, 2025
- June 11 – 16, 2025
