We are looking for a Development Manager to join our team in Paris and play a key role in growing the game of rugby across Europe.
As the governing body for rugby in Europe, Rugby Europe supports 47 member unions at various stages of development. This role is central to helping those unions implement their strategies, expand participation, and build strong foundations for the future of the sport.
Main responsibilities include:
✅ Coordinating grassroots and development programs such as Get Into Rugby and Rugby Rising Play
✅ Supporting Unions with governance, strategy, and funding guidance
✅ Driving collaboration between unions and other regional/global stakeholders
✅ Monitoring and advising on rugby development, operational plans, and partnerships
📍 Location: Paris 8th arrondissement (flexibility after initial onboarding period)
📆 Permanent role – starting date to be discussed
🗣 Fluency in English required; French and other languages are an asset
