A memorable day in Madrid awaits European rugby fans to conclude this year’s Men’s Rugby Europe Championship, all 8 teams will make their way to Spain’s capital to conclude the competition with a bang.
Starting off the day at Finals Day will be the 7th and 5th Ranking place finals at Universidad Complutense de Madrid starting at 11am before the 5th Ranking Final at 13:30pm on the same pitch.
Then all eyes turn to C.D. Leganés for the Bronze Final kicking off at 16:00 before the Grand Final at 18:45 to conclude the event.
Following the success of the Paris Finals in 2024 we hope that it will be a memorable occasion for rugby fans throughout Europe to come and enjoy a fantastic day of rugby.
However, before that we’ve got the semi-finals and ranking matches confirmed, with relegation at the forefront of Switzerland and Germany’s minds ahead of their clash in Yverdon les Bains on 7th March.
Belgium will host the Netherlands in a re-run of last year 5th Final place match, which qualified the Black Devils for the World Cup Final Qualification Tournament.
In the race to get to the Grand Final in Madrid, we’ve got Romania heading to Tbilisi to take on the reigning champions, Georgia, while a mouth watering clash awaits in Estádio do Restelo as two Iberian heavyweights in Portugal and Spain look to book their place at the main event.
