POLAND / UKRAINE canceled after positive COVID-19 Tests confirmed
Rugby Europe has announced that the final game in the 2019/20 Rugby Europe Trophy between Poland and Ukraine, scheduled for Saturday 10th October has been cancelled. The decision comes following a number of players in the Polish squad testing positive for Covid-19.
As defined in the Return to Play (RTP) Protocol of Rugby Europe, each member (players and staff) involved in the game is required to pass a Covid-19 test three days before the kick-off.
As a consequence of the cases, the game planned in Siedlce (Poland) is canceled.
