JOB OFFER : Corporate Affairs Coordinator

Rugby Europe is hiring a Corporate Affairs Coordinator to manage all corporate matters within Rugby Europe.

Localisation: France / Ile-de-France / Paris 

Under the responsibility of the CEO, duties will be as follow: 

  • Support and coordination of Rugby Europe administrative matters:
    •  Preparing and sending all official communications to Member unions (General Communication, Meeting Minutes, Invitations, Convocations) 
    • Preparation and dispatch of administrative and sporting documentation 
    • Travel management of Rugby Europe staff and directors (Travel and accommodation booking) 
    • Mail management 
  • Support and event coordination of the Corporate meetings:
    • Board of Directors (25 people, 4 time per year): Draft of agenda and minutes, booking of travel and accommodation, booking of meeting location, booking of translators, convocations) 
    • Committees (15 meetings per year): Convocations, sending of minutes 
    • General Meeting (One per year, 100 people): Draft of agenda and minutes, booking of meeting location, booking of translators, convocations 
  • Support and administrative coordination of Rugby Europe competitions (with the Competitions Director): 
    • Contribution to competitions manual drafting 
    • Sending and collecting competitions literature to participants (Manuals, convocations, TAC, teamsheet, gamesheet) 
    • Match officials logistics 
    • Update of results on website and social media 
    • When required, travelling to competitions 


  • Skills / Profile: 

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Business or Communications School, University or equivalent. 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite 
    • Truly bilingual English and French, a third language is a plus. European citizens are welcome to apply. Having worked in different countries is a plus 
    • Sports background preferred, ideally in an international sports federation 
    • Likes challenges and is results-driven. Positive, determined and perseverant 
    • Ability to work during week-ends (approx. 5-10 week-ends per year) 
    • Ability to nurture and foster relationships
